5 stars: I have been a TMobile customer for 8 years and I've been using this app for about 5 years , it's awesome to be able to pay off my bill through there , look at my stats like how many text messages I've sent and the amount of internet I have used even though I have unlimited I like to check that out once in a while you can also see what's for sale . Very good app saves alot of time don't have to open up my account on my computer .
5 stars: T-Mobile has gotten way better over the years, right up there with AT\u0026T. Where T-Mobile excels in my opinion is with this app. I have always been able to reach support by phone via this app with no hold times and they have always been friendly, amazing, and helpful and I love that the app lets me chart and keep track of my payments and bill. Best by far across all providers. Thanks T-Mobile no regrets being your customer.

5 stars: Easy to use, but if I cant figure it out, i get connected with the care team. You can tell that they are outsourced, but speak clearly, dont always use a script (meaning they make small talk) and solve my issues in less than 10 minutes on chat/call. Always happy :)
