3 stars: Upgraded to the latest Google Play Services for AR and Google Measure, then followed the on-screen instructions. 1.) Annoyingly slow to calibrate. If you have nothing else, this might work for measurements accurate within 1/2\
3 stars: Doesn't hold up against iOS Measure app. When you measure one side of a table for example, and go back to the other side it has lost track of where the lines should be located. Maybe it can't cope with the differences in hardware between phones. It SEEMS good on the surface and looks like a promising app. Maybe it will get better. Edit: the problem is that physical movement of the phone from side to side, moves the entire measurement.
5 stars: Best ar ruler as of now.. But this is still far from perfect.. The markers are unstable.. Difficult to hold it steady.
5 stars: Great for estimates! I think at most there was up to 5% difference in measurements from looking at an inch off for 5 feet and half a centimeter for 60 cms
5 stars: I just used this app to measure the distance between trees I needed to plant. My mom was in disbelief so she brought an old school tape measure and compared every measure I made with this app. For this rough measurements, it was really precise. Even for lengths of up to 35m!!! Really awesome work! Kudos to the app team at Google!!!
