3 stars: Ok for bookings etc, but lacking info on actual stations and their location until payment is put through. Eg. LONDON TO BONN (London- where?? Bonn- where?) Assumptions are that ppl know there's only one station per city for Flixbus- its not the case!! I preferred just the old website which was more detailed and gave options for pickup stations etc from within the UK let alone France.
5 stars: Absolutly the best bus ride ever. And i travel by bus a lot. Very clean, comfortable, and smooth ride. My only complaint is that the location for pick up is confussing. I missed my 1st bus but found the other very easy.
4 stars: The app works. It would be nice if it gave updates if the bus was not on schedule or more than 15 minutes late. Also, a link to a route map with frequencies/departure times would be awesome.
5 stars: The app is easy to usw. Flixbus is cheap compare to others. So far the busses have been quite punctual but I've just done short trips :) I can't complain at all! Cheers
5 stars: Everything is really nice, just one thing could be better. It happened to me multiple times that the bus location didn't work.
