3 stars: I would love it if the maps could be worked on. I'm not extremely familiar with the streets of downtown Toronto and it's really frustrating when the in app google maps or Uber Maps has no idea what direction I'm facing. So I end up biking the wrong way and having to make a U-turn in Toronto traffic. Really dangerous and really annoying.
5 stars: Very easy to use app. Close to 100% accurate, when it come to deliver time. Only one miner concern is that little by little the deliver fee have been going up not only by location but by the time it takes to arrive to you. Use as a consumers are left to pay more for restaurants preparation time. Me personally don't see that to be fair.
4 stars: Great app, does exactly what it's meant for. I would give it a 5 star rating if it provided functionality to allow us to chat with the restaurant from the time we place the order to a few minutes after the food is delivered so that we can make special requests and have our complaints address. E.g if you receive the wrong order or the food is off or cold, etc
