5 stars: Extremely flexible and informative app! Lots of other apps force you to create routines instead of allowing you to tweak what you work on each day. This flexibility is a must for those of us trying to cram a workout in when we can. If you're a road warrior or just inconsistent with your time, this is the best possible app you can get!

Definitely helped me to see my progression and kept me motivated to keep progressing on my lifts and reaching my goals which can be set in the app. recommend this for anyone who wants to see their progression each week to staying motivated on their goals. works flawlessly.
5 stars: I was driven to madness looking for a simple gym log, to the point where I was about to code one myself. This app saved me from doing that. Very good at doing simple set/rep/weight tracking, but also has some really impressive advanced tracking features and set calculations from 1RM max. Will be donating to this developer.
4 stars: I like me ability to swap out exercises, but the switch from alarm volume to media volume is really bad. I don't want to have my media volume on full blast because I don't use earphones and don't want everyone to hear what ever I'm listening to our watching when I'm holding my phone, but I want it Lord enough so that when I set my phone down I can still hear the tone.
