5 stars: Tons of amazing free content. My favourites include Ideas, Spark and The age of Persuasion. There is literally a show for everyone. True rating is probably around 4.4 but there are some people who have a political axe to grind, so they haven't even given the app a chance.
3 stars: Good functional app. I really wish they would add a feature where my radio would just update with the latest episodes. Currently I have to remove yesterday's episodes and add the current ones. Everyday.
3 stars: The app seems to pause out often. I have full internet and spotify seems to work but with the cbc app, it stops playing consistently. I'm wondering if other people have the same problem?
3 stars: it's CBC radio, which is great, but the functionality is terrible. needs an overhaul.
3 stars: I had this app on my iphone, and it was constantly losing the signal, no matter how strong the signal actually was. I blamed apple, because I had many other apple problems. Now I am using an android phone and have the same problem. For no apparent reason, the program just stops, and I miss a minute or so of my program. It's very frustrating.
4 stars: Would love for the playback to resume as you switch between Networks. It does, but it takes a long time, and it's inconsistent. Looks like you may have fixed that bug? Looking forward to trying the update.
