4 stars: i would gladly give 5 stars if the free plan allowed more than 5 bookings a month or if the premium features were included or if it wasn't so expensive to get them. it's a great app but I'm just starting out and i can't afford thr extra expense yet

4 stars: Thank you for actively working on fixing the issue, looking forward to have them resolved for good! Everything is good except one serious issue: Online booking won't allow client to pay for deposit once they picked their appointment. It would just freeze and not go to PayPal to take payment. We wouldn't know about this until clients called in and try tell us about it. This happened many many times and still have not been fixed yet...
