4 stars: how do i get back to tasker side pay to be a tasker months ago app was acting up need to talk to custom service
3 stars: the app is good, but it's the service that's lacking! good app to find someone for small jobs, but as its per hour there are some people on there that waste enough time to get paid for longer. probably gonna stick to researching private companies for specific jobs in the future.
3 stars: I've completed every task that I've been able to do, but sometimes people hire me to do tasks I'm not able to do. I tell the clients this and ask them to cancel the task (before they are charged). A few of them let the task lapse and it affects my tasker score. When I email, message, and text the admin, i get no response.
4 stars: Used TaskRabbit twice now and I LOVE it! the taskers I've used were courteous, professional and EFFICIENT! This is the best thing EVER. The app is set up well too. 4 stars because nothing is perfect and I'm giving the developers chances to improve the app. Maybe adding a place where we can store tasks (like a list) and prioritize them for scheduling in the future?
5 stars: bought ikea corner sofa bed, knowing I would have someone to assemble it. not sure what I got myself into, but went for it, the price made sense. got the app, and off we go, before I even had the chance to think, someone was located, with the day, and the time I have chosen. great guy, absolutely professional in all sense. great experience!!
