4 stars: Overall great backup software. Before restoring SMS from previous backup, you need to go to your phone settings and change the default SMS application to "Go Backup", then do the restore, then go to settings again to switch to "Go SMS" as default application. I had this issue 2 years ago. They still didn't fix it. Why do I need to switch back and forth??? It's a minor issue, took me couple of days to figure out, but otherwise it's a great app, very easy to navigate, user friendly. Recommend! Nexus 5
4 stars: Need help I purchased App last Oct. And Google play does not recognize I purchased because I bought through my phone service. Can't get upgrade on new phone. I emailed developer and mail returned due to using email blocker. So will I repurchase?? Not sure due to lack of support but I do like the app.
3 stars: Used To Be... Useful. Cloud backups fail every single time. Thought it was me until I see everyone else has same issue. Visited site and no mention of program. Looks like a dying app. Stay away!
3 stars: Hit and miss This app is very hit and miss in regards if it will actually restore your backup... Sometimes itll work.. Sometimes it wont... And if you're not rooted you're in for a bad time.
