4 stars: I actually love the app but didn't want to give a 5 star because under the my content tab when I add to the music or meditation section the item disappears a few days later. I love the new update just that issue is a problem because I don't like having to go through the entire app looking for what I saved
4 stars: This app is simple but great. I really like the variety of content. It's a excellent resource worth upgrading for. The only thing I would like to see change is the lack of weight loss and addiction meditations. The app is seriously lacking in that regard.
5 stars: I find the daily inspirations so helpful for checking in with my negative thinking and flipping it. Having them on my phone means I can access them for a boost in tricky moments. The meditations have got me through some challenging periods of my life. Thank you

4 stars: This app has been a great adjunct to my self care routine. The free option provides more than enough diversity for all facets of mental health and arranges the topics in a simple, organized fashion. I imagine the upgrade would be fantastic. A mist try for a novice looking to improve their mental wellbeing or for the seasoned mindfulness master to build diversity into their practice.
