4 stars: I am having the problem again of the app crashing when I try to open the mp4 file to convert it using an LG V40 with Oreo 8.1. Please fix the problem I have wrote feedback twice since late last week. Same problem back in late September and you guys fixed it. Anyone else having the issue? No other app I have tried works as well as this one for converting music video files to smaller music files I can listen to on my phone or computer.
