5 stars: very helpfull app for upwork seller as well buyer too. if you come up with separate ring tone for message and notification alert it will be awesome..
4 stars: Both desktop and mobile version lacks security. Maybe a 2 factor authentication would make it secure. I found my online (not upwork) accounts consistently being attempted to hack by hackers. They were successfully able to hack few accounts though I have very strong passwords to it. When 2FA was being implemented by some websites, it somehow prevented those hackers. I hope upwork would add it too as additional security for users. Thanks!
4 stars: It's limited in some things. I still have to use my computer at home to change my password, to download the finished work so I can approve it, to search for individual contractors even if I have added them as favorites. It's great to check your messages and respond right away.
4 stars: It's okay - a little buggy at times if you're searching for jobs, but I mainly use it for the messaging service. Note for developers: Can you add the time tracker to this app? Or make it available for Android? I use a Chromebook and would like to have this option... It's really inconvenient trying to work without it.
