3 stars: it's just an ok app. can't really share the app with the family, only if you share with others the email and password but then there's no security.
5 stars: STREETWISE PETS SOUTH AFRICA: Excellent App, people blame the App for not working but they dont understand or have technical back-up with the product they bought. 99% of problems is NOT the App its they don't understand the product. I'm a GPS Specialist and think the App is AWESOME and works like a dream.

3 stars: The app itself is adequate. Does what it says and has some useful functions. However quailty control is lacking and many of the labels and messages are clearly direct translation from Chinese to English, which makes the app confusing to use at times.
5 stars: amazing. I'm using a EE pay as you go with a Samsung S8 and it's worked straight away without any hassle. I'm so impressed, not only dose it give a very accurate GPS tracking signal, it displays it on a map with the ability to press navigate which opens Google maps to find your son/daughter... etc. Plus you can call them, they can send voice messages to you and the battery lasts a whole day easily. 5 star
