4 stars: I really like the idea, but it has some long-standing bugs that seriously limit its usability. No way to search since there's no virtual keyboard. Sorting is limited because the drop-down for sorting only lets you access the top few items. So it's great if you can find your video, but next to impossible to actually find stuff you want to play.
3 stars: It works. As others have said, sync support would be great. Also, local content management would be better. It takes ages to wade through the thousands of whatsapp videos to get to downloaded content and then it crashes
