3 stars: The app works fine. My issue comes when there is a dispute. I've had delivery riders get lost, riders take too long and too many incorrect orders delivered. The in-app chat function for disputes is almost useless and when you call the call centre you don't get much help and you are still left hungry.
3 stars: The map is totally off resulting in deliverers not able to find my house. Google seems to pin point my house exactly, why can't this app. It is very frustrating having to run around my neighbourhood looking for my food every time I order in.
5 stars: It works great for me. The restaurants might not like it so much as it has to be picking at their profits. But for me it works great can get a $16 dish for just over $20 delivered.
3 stars: Its a well known fact among my colleagues and I that Deliveroo delivers food late or tends to cancel orders last minute. Just as i type this im anticipating last min cancellation. Why i still order Deliveroo is due to the free delivery fee promotion.
3 stars: Always sending food to wrong address, complained twice cannot see any change, what's the point of delivery plus when it's takes more an hour to deliver with cold food. The customer service is really good but it's annoying to see that a basic glitch in the app cannot be resolved by technical team.
