4 stars: its a nice game. its quite easy if you know how. i've manage to earn 1.51 \nbillion per day so far. it's the highest in my career. don't need any \npurchases. you can make your crime rate to 0 too. but the accidents on \nfenma is another story.
3 stars: Great game. Fastest way to beat it is by lowering the days on unemployment \nallowed on in incriments of two. and invest that money on plants and \nculture with some sporting things to keep your population from imploding.
