5 stars: This actually works great. No problems integrating with Google Home and Google Assistant.
3 stars: This is pretty good for a home automation system, but I really wish Samsung would put a little more development work into the app. Bugs or regressions or basic missing features go years without being fixed. They (accidentally?) removed the ability to add new modes in 2016... No word on fixing it. The pairing interface and triggers are pretty good.
3 stars: App seems to get worse with every update.. Cant connect to samsung smart tv anymore... smartapps dont always work like they used too..particulary buggy with smartthings own products such as plugs and contact sensors
5 stars: Last update 2/1/18 appears to have fixed the problem of device status not always being updated in a timely matter when viewing them in the app. I also have not noticed a decrease in app load time.
4 stars: Android Wear support would take SmartThings over the top for me. I would love to be able to unlock my door with my watch. Using the location technique is unstable. I watched my door unlock on its own with the rules I set up and can't trust that.
4 stars: Update: it's working much better. Since the update several days ago, devices will not show their correct state, until the app is force closed and reopened. Pretty frustrating.
