4 stars: I have only used this app a few times, but it has important exercises. For instance, blinking enough keeps my eyes lubricated. I normally don't blink enough. This app even shows the eye on the screen blinking even while doing movement exercises. I'll rate again after I've used it more. Happy to have a good app for eye health.
4 stars: Great way to make sure you exercise your eyes. Has audio cues, you can set whether you have myopia (cant see distanct objects) etc, and how long you want the 'workout' to be. Just don't expect quick results, eyesight is a big thing.
5 stars: i knew that any oculist was not interested in improvement of my eyesight. all of them told me to never take off my glasses and that i had to always wear them even when look at the small distance. this app is more useful than doctors, i feel that
4 stars: Excellent Very good app which reminds you to do your exercises. No bug, helps to do the exercises properly but they should add more exercises especially palming. Besides that, nothing more to say. I feel my eyes being healthier
4 stars: Helped eye strain I have had 5 eye surgeries. My vision crap and i had bad eye strain. These exercises helped and my distant vision is better.
