4 stars: my only complaint is that pop up notifications are no longer allowed for
4 stars: I wish it could be possible to withdraw a message already sent without leaving footprints. While it is now possible to edit the message sent, the time to do so is too short. make it an hour or so. The ability to transcribe messages is great. We need the syncing of draft messages across devices. Also add scheduled messaging. I appreciate the introduction of WhatsApp for iPad os. It was long overdue
3 stars: Please fix issue with calls not showing up on lock screen. For context, I have many years of experience working in mobility and have performed all possible troubleshooting steps. Additionally, I have 2 different make/model Android devices, both have the exact same settings for WhatsApp and notifications, but only 1 is showing full screen incoming calls. Will update to 5 stars once fixed. Thanks!
2 stars: You use it for years and now you have important data you can't afford to loose. Now you loose or damage your phone, the migration has only 20% chance of saving your previous data even after you have done everything right because it's so difficult. One mistake and you can loose it all. Not to mention if you try logging in second time, you can't do it before 8hrs of cool down period for OTP on SMS. Like whyyyy the unnecessary waste of time?
