5 stars: Google Pay has truly simplified the way I handle my daily transactions. The interface is clean and intuitive, and I appreciate how fast and secure the payments are. Bill payments, mobile recharges, and even bank transfers happen smoothly without any hassle. The cashback and rewards section is a nice bonus too! Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a reliable UPI app.
4 stars: This UPI app has exemplary features! But still, here are a few pointers to improve: (i) At and after each UPI payment the balance should be made visible, to encourage conscious spending habits. (ii) A track of expenditure, income and its analysis, would be wonderful. Please do try to include these features too.
4 stars: from yesterday itself, this app has a problem when selecting or transferring amounts. Unfortunately, the app will be stuck and close automatically. so very difficult to do any transactions through gpay. So kindly solve the issues by your technical team.
3 stars: Tap to pay inconsistent. You don't have the option to have multiple cards to choose from. sometimes it allows you to add, but only the last card added is seen. now, I'm not able to see the options to remove and add another card. I have a card which I rarely use in the tap to pay wallet. it's frustrating that I'm not able to add the required card.
