3 stars: Outlook is a fairly user-friendly app, but ultimately, the account recovery and authentication factors are so poor compared to Gmail. The file organization isn't as clean or as organized as Gmail, but it's pretty good overall. Outlook is one of those apps that would be fine for anyone who hasn't familiarized themselves with a different platform.
3 stars: I have always liked using your email service. As technology advanced, the ease of use decreased, however. I'm a pretty techy kind of girl so I am surprised that it's becoming more difficult to adjust to the changes in the software and with the newest advancement of your AI 'Copilot'. I will stay with this email service regardless for the foreseeable future. It's easier to leave things as they are.
2 stars: If you click on the far left it'll shoot all the way to the top of an email. You can't cut or copy from the first character on the far left, or tap to move your cursor into that area. Clearly, Microsoft employees don't use this on their own phones. They focus on new features, not making their product solid. I'll stick with office 2013 or 2016.
