5 stars: An excellent app that provides numerous easy-to-use functions. However, I'm extremely disappointed with the current internet speed on the Ufone network. Despite subscribing to expensive packages, search results take a long time to load.
4 stars: There is a lot of improvement in this compared to before. However, whenever an update comes, as soon as you open the app, an update popup appears, and there is no option to cancel it. I want there to be a cancel option in the update popup. If that is added, I will give 5 stars.
4 stars: Please add Digital wallet & Bank account option in your App, as couple of months we see it's coming soon but still not included this option, you are requested to please add Digital wallet & Bank account option ASAP, so we can easily top-up and bundles subscribe. Thanks
3 stars: Its been a long time that I am using Ufone app but in this updated version for last 8 months approx, The app is made too heavy and difficult to use and run smoothly on low internet connection. You the technicle team have to taken another reveiw on it for customer support.

2 stars: This app shows the expiry date WRONG! Don't trust it. Use *706# instead. Everything else is fine! If I activate a 30 day Package on 12 January, uptcl shows the expiry as 12 February. While 30 days from the date of activation are on 10 Feb. So, you will lose all balance resources.
