4 stars: Feature rich but the Android app works very poorly. Messages often don't send, editing messages usually doesn't work, notificationa are often missed (even though I have battery optimization disabled), etc. It's a very frustrating experience and I end up using other messaging apps when I really need to get a hold of people. Update: Jan. 2025 It's better now. Upgrade from 2 to 4 stars.
2 stars: Joining a meeting with a code is in the most nonsensical location I've ever seen in a video call app. Currently you have to click your user profile pic, then at the bottom of that menu click
2 stars: There needs to be an option to download images at once. If someone sends multiple images, each one needs to be opened and downloaded making it a tedious task. Forwarding images is also complicated, it goes as a forward but the images can't be clicked or opened. All of this applies to the windows desktop version as well. Copying a message and pasting pastes the senders name, time etc, when only the text part was copied.
