4 stars: (EDIT) Very well done, ever since the last few updates, the app is working well, sometimes there is an issue, but its ok. Good job guys, well done. I hope that the channels don't drop, because there isn't a lot of channels available, but works enough for me.
3 stars: Actually it was good. But recently it started giving issues. I had faced this problem few months ago also. After watching a particular channel for few days, suddenly buffering problem arises. Example, even at jio 5g internet speed , the colors kannada serials simply get stuck in buffering mode. I even cleared cache and data from mobile settings. But no use.
2 stars: I've been using Jio TV for a while now, and overall, it's been a great experience. However, I'm facing an issue with the Colors Kannada channel. Despite other channels working perfectly, Colors Kannada keeps loading and doesn't play. I've tried restarting the app, clearing cache, and checking my internet connection, but the issue persists. Request Jio TV team to look into this matter and resolve the issue ASAP.
