5 stars: So Far So Great! This app for what it is so far is great. it's very smooth. instantly converts your android messages to imessage. read receipts even work well. if you're interested in this app but are unsure of the security I suggest checking out
4 stars: The app works great for iMessage, just would like to also have SMS ported over so all of my texts are in one app. Additionally, while the app is pretty snappy, it could use a little bit of a polish on the UI for the beauty side. I suggest making a little logo or something that takes up room in the top third of the screen when you're at the top of your recent messaged list as it would look really good (like Google messages has)
3 stars: Cute but not quite ready for prime time yet. If you want us to pay $2/mo forever for a texting app that we can get for free from Google, you need to at least have the same features plus more for the value add. First thing I did was get in the car only to find out there is no version for Android Auto which is when I do a fair amount of texting using voice. Unfortunately that's not going to work.
3 stars: I really like this idea and have used Beeper intermittently. Not having my phone number associated with my texts was a real issue so I'm glad to see the phone number is now associated with the text and not my Apple ID. Still, as an Android owner I'm not willing to pay to text with iPhone. If the app was ad supported I'd use it. I'm curious to see what Apple adopting RCS ne...
