5 stars: When I had an issue, they were very good at giving me options and making my choice a lot easier. And when I changed plans it was all done within minutes plus Angel(the contact person) was good and explained how my first bill will be expensive because I will be paying in advance where as with my current contract I pay a month behind. So yeah I am happy with service.
4 stars: A decent app, but they could make the data usage section for mobile phones easier to read. It doesn't clarify what each quota is for. It says Unlimited Calls available and 100 mins of calls available on the next line, but doesn't clarify that one is for Spark and NZ landlines and the other is for other NZ mobiles. $15 rollover plan.
4 stars: I made a call to Spark last night, and the lovely lady called Kiki spent like half an hour over the phone to help me. I was very impressed with her calmness and patience over the phone. She also suggested a good plan for me. I also walked into Spark store today, and their service was great. The staff were very friendly, and for this, I will never change my provider again.
3 stars: app seems not to be working. I can't get my usage, which is all I want it for. Update - got help via the chat service, and now working
