4 stars: it's good. have been using it for years. the service is good. Some issues are their like usable coupons for my favorite restaurants has decreased as order for 1 or 2 persons only on regular basis. It would be great if more coupons are available for good restaurants when you order less but regularly.
4 stars: I have been using swiggy for placing food home delivery orders since a long time now. The delivery is approx on time. But the higher prices of items, delivery fees , service n the packaging charges applied are bit of a turn off during placing Orderes. The cx care is just a Recorded IVR chat. Currently since some days the service has gone down a lot regarding food delivery and quality issues. The app is running fine now, after update.

3 stars: The swiggy app is user friendly. It does not have any issues. It constantly keeps sending updates like very personalized which is not that great. Can keep it simple or send personalized messages once a week or something. But the service is great and speechless
2 stars: Ridiculous app in terms of food delivery, not aure how they update the delivering time, but they are not even close to the original delivery time. They ahould work on it. I am a swiggy one member but not getting any major benefit from it and thinking to use it only for dineout option.
