5 stars: Very user friendly. I'm using the trial offer having limited success (that's what you get for being cheap lol) so next step will upgrade to premium. I believe they are Committed to Excellence!
4 stars: Originally when I subscribed back in November 2020, the app worked fine. I renewed my subscription in mid April 2021 and the app sends out an oops error message on some searches. What the heck?! 😡 October 2022: the sight has a NEW app that is MUCH BETTER than the previous one. I have changed my rating from 2 stars to 4 ( I rarely give 5 stars to anyone. )
4 stars: I looked up my own name and I wish I had the opportunity to correct erroneous information and add information. It lists my 2 step-children but not my 2 biological children because they have a different last name. I'd like to delete all the location addresses that were never mine, etc.
3 stars: I found myself easily enough Ave it was fairly accurate. But my unlimited one month subscription has been faced with hidden fees. I haven't been able to learn all of the navigating operations. The other search is missing information and one search didn't pull up that person. I'm not fully convinced just yet. I hope it's just my operation error cause I'm not getting what I paid for.
