4 stars: Excellent gameplay, which can only get better with future updates. Some bugs here and there, but nothing game-breaking as of yet. The only issues are the extremely low item drop-rate, which makes the game feel grindy even as it encourages you not to grind, and the translations/instructions, as the game is not very good at telling you how to play it and play it well. Overall though, very solid title.
3 stars: Gameplay is cool, but progression is haltingly slow. One could dump thousands of hours into this game and see very little progress. They don't force you to watch ads or beg for money. Gameplay becomes repetitive immediately. There's no strategy involved, just keep wailing away until you eventually get stronger and can make it a microfraction further than the last time.
2 stars: - discourages aggressive play styles by making projectiles and fast enemies easy to miss. - translation is lacking. Descriptions for important mechanics and the tutorial is unclear. - Enemies can hide behind decoration - Feel like this game would work better in landscape mode, not potrait. Too narrow of a view. - loot rarities are not guaranteed. You can grind for and open a 5 star drop to get a 2 star item you already have.
