5 stars: user friendly. but it would be great if you fix the speed. it takes a couple sec to open each page (my int speed is around 100 mbps)

2 stars: It's getting much slower these days. I just did a top-up but the amount of fund wasn't updated instantly. Took me a while to wait it till I contacted XL Care but the responses weren't what I expected. The app itself has had old bugs keep occuring. *sigh*
2 stars: Mind bogglingly dumb packages compared to others, yet terrible performance of their app for services and loading. Their UI could be improved, but their UX needs better attention. Seriously staffs... Hire a better UX department and/or consult with professional that now's technical and design. Might as well go back to basics Text services.
