5 stars: It is a great, reliable app. Ive been using it for 5 years now, if I ever had any problems, I'd contact grab support and the problem is usually fixed quickly in a friendly manner. The only minor complain I have really is restaurants don't appear if they are closed (which is frustrating, cause I thought maybe I mispelled and kept trying to get them to show, should've just shown me they are closed)
4 stars: The app is really great so far and I have used it for a while. It is all convenient and nice but ever since July, I suddenly stopped recieving GrabPoints for every ride I have taken. I'm supposed to be a Silver member by now but this happens and I am no longer recieving anymore GrabPoints no matter how many rides I have taken so far while using the app. Please fix this if you can, thanks.
2 stars: The geolocation accuracy of the app is quite off. This caused the driver to drive to a pickup location that was about 80 meters away from where I was. I needed to cross a road and walked to find the car while the driver and I talked on the phone to find each other. Much improvement on the app is required in this aspect.
