5 stars: Overall very happy with all the service. Rarely had any issues with couriers, and even the couple of times I did the customer service was on point and I was compensated for it. Also even when the order had to be modified (because of restaurant stock issues) I was informed and price was changed accordingly. Will keep using Glovo for as long as this stays true :)
3 stars: it's mostly okay, except for the fact how the payment with card works. they charge you before the order is delivered and if an order is changed as it's being collected (some things are taken off the list), the amount you've been charged stays the same. so you're paying for something you're not actually receiving. plus, it would be better to be able to tip a courier after the delivery is done, not before, like it is now.
2 stars: Every time I use this app to order food I regret it. The delivery is painfully slow, estimation time is never correct, if you can track it at all. The app isn't user-friendly. My recent experience made me delete the app entirely as it's not worth the bother. There are more professional alternatives, such as Wolt.
2 stars: The app is not working properly. It threw me out multiple times. After I ordered and paid my order did not go through to the restaurant in time and I had to wait an extra hour for my order. For the bugs in the app it should not be the customer the one who suffers...
