5 stars: The apps and the price is good. But I can't add my address 'cause the system (google maps) it's always said... The address can't be found. and I can't write my address manualy. So I still can't buy a single thing yet from JD.ID. because of the address . What's a pitty
5 stars: This app offers a lot of promo and original stuff from reliable source with competitive price. It's very convinience to be sure that the stuff I buy online is a good and original one. I bought something from jd.id global once and had no problems with it. The delivery was also fast. I love how they arrange the app itself. Overall, love the app!
4 stars: I am happy with the price, but I was surprised because it didn't show me how to pay when I confirmed the order. Only when I check my email I found out that it was COD. This apps need to have an option for payment before closing the deal, and a notice that an email is coming.. .
4 stars: Original product, very fast delivery is so impressive, but ther's still bunch of flaw which are 1) I've ever experienced that the local seller doesn't proceed my order for weeks, then makes me have to cancel my order; 2) I don't get further information about my money refund from that canceled order. Keep the good work and each day be a better online shop 😀👍🏻
