5 stars: Great experience. There are some vendors on the app which advertise false products but I can't fault noon for that. I have come across a few sketchy vendors but all my orders I've made for the past 2 years have been delivered to the exact location at the exact timings. I advise other people to be wary of vendors selling 'premium' products for cheap but otherwise the vendors and ease of use is easy.

3 stars: Edit: app and website does not work outside UAE. That's very inconvenient. Lost 2 stars because of this issue. Old review: I love Noon! Quick delivery, great service. Always on time. Wish they would consider paper packaging to be environmentally friendly, but still happy with everything!
2 stars: The option for deliver all together should be made clear. They deliver one item at a time and at the most awkward times. It would be great if they actually delivered all items at the same time instead of having to run up and down for the smallest items.
