4 stars: easy and accessible at first but for some time now, have been trying to add my other accts but i could not progress bec the promised OTP didnt come and i exceeded the number of times i could ask for a resend. the data used on my mobile is also inaccurate. it does not sync when i checked my data with the hotline customer service.
3 stars: I like the old GlobeOne app because you can see the time a subscription or promo will expire. With this current GlobeOne apo, I am really having a difficulty managing and tracking my subscriptions in my multiple accounts. You can only see the expiry date but not the time. It would be greatly appreciated if you also include the time the subscription will expire. Looking forward to a better experience using this network.
2 stars: The app is fluid and friendly. However, if they plan on replacing the Globe at Home app with this by December 12, 2022, this app better make submitting concerns and technical issues easier. Currently, either this app's UI does not intuitively show where the help and support section is, or the entire help and support has been completely removed (ultimately worse) as compared to the Globe at Home app.
