5 stars: Have never had an issue with this app or the unit probably because unlike most I keep them both updated ! Easy to use and lots of choice for the perfect sound in my car 👌
4 stars: Honestly I don't give a review unless it's really bad... My android can't even connect to the smart sync app 80% of the time. And when it says it's paired via Bluetooth, I can't use the smart sync app. The instructions are there on how to use it, but the actual page to navigate through the deck, does not work. Very disappointed until the glitch changes... Update: it's much better now 👍🏼
2 stars: Frustrating to use. The UI is nice and allows easy programming of the head unit. Random things seem to change and I haven't figured out any consistency. Worst part is that I cannot get the app to stop even with forcing it to stop. It is killing my battery and using crazy amounts of data.
