3 stars: So far , I haven't had any fraud issues like most have so that's a big plus. However, whenever I use the standard cash out method, I have to add my account EACH time. I've contacted support two different times about this and tried each troubleshooting method they suggest and I still have the same issue. Overall, it's a pretty good app, other than that inconvenience for me, I would've given it 5 stars.
3 stars: The app is fine, everything works as they intend it. In general, east to send/receive money. However, don't have an issue because they are uncooperative, hang up in you, and refuse to transfer to anyone else that might help. 4 calls yesterday alone, hung up on 3xs and the 4th put me on mute and stopped responding. Still don't have an answer to what should be a simple question.
2 stars: I don't mind using the cash app. The issue is that it keeps wanting to open up in my browser. I've tried everything to stop it from doing so, but it continues even when I uninstall the cash app and turn off all notifications. I don't know whether it's a scam or a bug from the cash app. Either way, it's messing up my phone. Can't do anything since it keeps wanting to pop up and redirect me to my browser.
