5 stars: Great. But unsure of what my subscription is paying for. You monitor the system and report issues. Every once in a while I get an email indicating an issue but no indication on my app? Sent an email back this month and was IMMEDIATELY responded to telling me what it eas and how to fix. So with that in mind still 5 stars. However I thought Advanced subscrition would detect and automatically fix the issue! Just wondering?
5 stars: Great so far! Works great got it on indiegogo and well worth the money. App works well, sometimes i wish the app was a little more in depth with statistics and customization and such but the point of it is to be easy and user friendly so it succeeds.
4 stars: I'm not sure whether to rate the app or the service itself so I'll do both. The app works fine though struggles a little bit connecting the device to wifi. The device itself is working fine and doing what it's supposed to. My one complaint is that there is no way to delete your account or stop the emails without having to email them. Even then I still got emails sometimes. Step that up and I'd call it a 5 star.
4 stars: I am now revising my previous review as after contacting the akita team, they were very helpful in getting my device up and running and sorting out any problems that I had with it.
