5 stars: Some initial issues but now working thanks to the excellent support team. Updated version created within a few days that fixed the issues.
4 stars: A bit slow but helpful in several aspects. The thing that frustrates me the most is the procedure of adding a checkpoint to the navigation route. It is complicated and inaccurate. Just copy Google Maps!
3 stars: App is quite good once you have gone through all the setup to activate access to vehicle which can be a bit conplex
3 stars: limited use, quite slow, not quick way to assert charge state (there is a slow way). you can't lock the car, but you can see if it is locked. useful functions would be a quick access button to start ac for 15 minutes, and a quick charge indicator
2 stars: The app is terrible, but what can we do if the car doesn't have the setting of charging level. The app is not worth for that money. -
2 stars: I cannot believe you have to pay 60€/year to use this app, when the one from BMW comes for free and it's much better. This weConnect keeps on logging off, it takes forever to load, it offers a confusing UX and it often doesn't communicate with my 2018 golf.
