5 stars: Love love LOVE my lamp, it gave my sister got it for me when we were going through the toughest times and it has kept us going. I contacted the team when I had trouble resetting it after losing WiFi, and heard back immediately. Jessa made it easy to understand what I needed to do and even emailed me to see how it went.
5 stars: Absolutely love how easy this app is to use. If you haven't bought a luvlink lamp, do... send personalised colour messages to your friends and family in style. They make fantastic gifts (even for yourself 😉). 100% recommend
3 stars: The lamp is great but connecting to it was pretty annoying but after that it worked fine only thing that really needs a fix is that the colors in the color code option don't really look the same as the lamp and often when I choose a color it changes the icon to the wrong color when I press save

After unboxing my device and setting it up I am disappointed that I can't designate colors to mean certain things within the app. For some reason we need write down on paper what each color means and then always remember them.. That kind of defeats the purpose for having this device connected...
