Requests: Do you offer tablet simcard (data-only) with unlimited GB? And I would like to see that pre-paid customers also can obtain China Mainland mobile number. All you need is verification with a suitable ID.
4 stars: the app is helpful n comprehensive. the only defact is that the communication with the customer service could not be retrived. once u quit the conversation window, any useful information will be closed as well without any record remained
3 stars: Not able to use the apps since update, its close it every time when i open it! Leave it for a while, open the apps in few days then allow to login without any issue. Very strange!
3 stars: The app used to be 5 🌟 however in the last data cutoff, the data usage limit did not work. I put 6GB limit to one of my sub account but he was able to use 17GB continuously. And for couple of days already, I've been updating the usage limit but it is always prompting unexpected error encountered. Logged off/on to the app several times. Same message appearing. Other features are great.
