I'd like to see a contact us button that links directly to the phone number for whatever contract (Road America, Quest,...) you're working in stead of having to open the phone app, looking for the number, and then having to dial it - this would save quite a bit a time when needing to have
3 stars: Comments area on road service calls do not get put into notes and usually provide critical info. txt alerts regularly come in hours late, usually in the middle of the night (very irritating). in app map doesn't show half of our drivers (browser works fine). needs an on duty and off duty option for dispatchers to see who's on duty (even if I sign out calls can still be dispatched to me). fix the issues with road services and its 4*
2 stars: Since the last update I can no longer log in with my saved login info. I have to manually type everything in.
