5 stars: I love the app and customer service at Mr price. It is highly great. I ordered skin products from the app and on delivery some of them had spilled and had damages. It could have been the delivery company.... First of all thank you for having a toll-free number for queries. I love how quickly you responded and refunded me. I was able to go in store and purchase them again. Big thumbs up!!!!
4 stars: I sometimes have issues with the app showing items out of stock during specific searches, but either than that, shopping and paying via debit or credit has always been a breeze.
3 stars: It is really lovely having the app, your able to check on past orders and your Mr P Money. It can be a little frustrating at times as sometimes the products advertised actually aren't available and the app itself can be a bit slowly however over time it has improved.
3 stars: Lots of refreshing has to be done to load real items in the bag, because it doesn't reflect immediately then I sometimes find that I've added two units of the same item... Or sometimes the items aren't fully loaded.. It's alot
2 stars: There are a lot of errors that pop up with this app. Wishlist doesn't work anymore. Cancels sometimes when trying to checkout and then you have to redo your whole bag. Update : I have cleared data and cache many times, the issue persists. I'm not the only one experiencing this. Added many items to wishlist only to find none of them were added. Developers need to fix this...
