5 stars: This is one of, if not the best turret defense game I've ever played. Good, even progress and upgrades. Many maps and variable situations, along with upgradable heroes.
4 stars: One of the best tower defence games out at the moment. Good for a quick game or play a lot to keep upgrading. Depth of upgrades makes big differences to tower setups. Each level can be played in four different styles. And I haven't had to buy anything to enjoy it. Worth it, if you like tower defence games. Update: daily rewards not working and no way of contacting the developer through the app.
3 stars: Very good TD until...You get to chapter 5. It becomes impossible to progress without paying into the game. I don't mind the fuel system as it replenishes quickly enough. The fact that you can't replay levels for gold is where it really kicks you in the nuts. The tech trees are really cool, as well as the commander characters. I just wish you could grind gold.
2 stars: It was good, great even, then I got to the very middle of chapter 5. I've gone back and beaten just about every level prior, to its fullest, and still cannot unlock enough upgrades to beat this level. I refuse to pay to win a game. I've watched enough extra starting money ads to pay twice over for this game and now I feel as though I wasted all this time because someone, somewhere, decided to be a bit greedier them they should've been.
