5 stars: Works great, I get my points within the minute of scanning and uploading my receipts..😁 I have no idea what people are complaining about. Most of the complaints about the app not working are probably from the non tech savvy boomers with their entitlement mentality..🙄
5 stars: Best shopping loyalty ever...hope points and vocuhers can be used in all capitaland shops all over Singapore and world..that will be amazing
4 stars: so far it has been okay for scanning receipts and using the stars at NTUC. just that the appeal button for receipts that got rejected is basically useless (saying that this receipt is not eligible for appeal every single time). I just end up rescanning the reciept.
4 stars: CapitaStar app is a fast, easy and user friendly app to check your points, rewards and quick way to redeem your points. Good to have this app on my mobile phone.
3 stars: Need to improve the transaction confirmation. Tried it recently on BHG bugis junction and there was a long wait and time out. Please check on this
3 stars: Hi Capitastar Team, Looks like there is a bug in the app. Recently I gifted gift vouchers to couple of my friends (from my andriod phone), however when they try to open the link to accept the voucher in iPhone it asks for the PIN (and the PIN is not provided to the sender) so it is difficult for iPhone users to accept the gift voucher. Please look into it.
