5 stars: Great app, lots included in the free version. I like how every exercise & progression is linked to a YouTube video for visual instruction. Only suggestion to improve would be that the timer for exercises doesn't start immediately - perhaps you click a button then it gives you three seconds to get into position before the timer starts. 4 stars: good app but sometimes it resets midway through and you have to start a workout from scratch. there is no manual override to allow you input the correct times if it happens either.
4 stars: Can't create your own workouts. If you're short on time and try to fit a quick one in, you can't finish half way through else you lose your progress.
3 stars: It looks promising but I think it lacks features in its current state. I wish static holds would have an option for using dynamics to train for them (many people it fl pulls for reps to train front lever, for example). I didn't understand how to update the Journey to reflect my current progression level. I wish there were more skills or an option to add my own.
