5 stars: I have used the Nordstrom App many times to check on my favorite items in the store and it is very handy to have the app! Love this app!
3 stars: Site is always down. Even when you call customer service, you can't put in your order. Always told to call back. It's a shame because it's easy to maneuver, it's just down when you put in your payment info. Also I had to return a damaged item. And was credited $9.95 less than the price. So I had to call and have that fixed. So watch your bill.
3 stars: Freezes constantly, no matter how fast my internet is, or how often I clear cache, or memory. Has force closed and made me start all over during complicated searches several times, for no real good reason
2 stars: This app is unfortunately not user friendly, it takes quite a while to figure out how to navigate and when you finally do you lose out on the sale or the item you wanted has expired and is no longer available. It gets annoying also I ordered an item and then looked to see the final order and noticed one of the items was canceled without any type of notification. Its better just to go to the store at this point
