3 stars: This version is an improvement over the last year's app. The reason for 3 stars is always-on close captioning when casting to Chromecast. It covers the bottom of the screen and makes it impossible to see the score. Please allow for the CC to be turned off.
3 stars: The developers asked for patience so I'm going to be patient. Things I enjoyed in the old app that aren't there in this new version: 1. Ability to download for offline viewing; 2. Being able to pick up where I left off when watching. Please bring these features back. Also, please make it easier to navigate between game quarters. Media player navigation is currently no fun.
2 stars: The 2022 update is straight trash. Keeps buffering after a few minutes on xbox as well as on chromecast, both of which run other apps fine. On xbox, I have to log in again every time after closing the app. If you exit the game and enter it again, it doesn't remember how far along you were. The NFL app does all these things flawlessly. Don't release a new version that's clearly not ready. Embarrassing for a multi billion dollar business.
