4 stars: Very easy to use. Nice ability to add and remove fingerprints. Minus one star due to two issues. One, for some reason the log of fingerprint unlocking does not have time stamp but the Bluetooth unlocking does, why? Two, the software requires the lock to be near and activated (finger pressed) to read or update it. Why do I need to touch activate/wake the lock to use Bluetooth to unlock it? Bad design.
3 stars: I wish it had dates and times for when unlocked and when someone else tries to unlock it

2 stars: Difficult to register and use. Need to create a better software. Cannot create safe password, only takes simple alpha-numeric. Binding kept failing when adding lock. Bluetooth keeps disconnecting. Defeats the purpose of remote unlocking when needing to
2 stars: This is a very basic app there are many improvements that could be made. I have the esmartlock 50BF. I would have thought the app would give you better control over access. It doesn't seem like you can control fingerpint access through the app or other permission like who has access on particular days/times etc. I would hope this is something the developers would work on immediately.
