5 stars: UPDATE: New phone, new install. APP seems very stable, and so far all pages reviewed seems to refresh. Well done. OLD: I'd give it 5 stars, but there is no refresh option, and the app does not automatically refresh. This is an obvious miss and poorly done, unless I can't find it which still makes it a problem BECAUSE I can't find it...
4 stars: Great app, and lots of features for remote network management. Only issue I have is that the latest update removed the internet gateway load indicator on the dashboard. I loved being able to quickly see if my business internet was in the red when people complained about issues with video calls at office, giving me a very quick idea of where to start addressing things. Hoping it's just moved but I cant seem to find it.
4 stars: Everything has been good until the last few months, if I try to rename a switch port via the Android app it causes the on-screen keyboard to freeze then the app to crash. I then need to restart my device as keyboard is stuck on on screen. Both Samsung Tab S8± and Samsung S20 FE having same issue. I do use the Microsoft swift keyboard on both devices.
